By accessing or using ConvaLink (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country/region. If you are under the age required by local law, you may use the Service only with a parent/guardian’s consent.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.
• You agree to provide accurate information where required and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by ConvaLink’s breach.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Illegal activity, harassment, threats, hateful content, or harmful behavior.
• Spam, malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise systems.
• Infringing intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code (except where permitted by law).

You retain rights to content you create and send (“User Content”). You grant ConvaLink a limited license to host, store, and transmit User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may add or remove features. Availability is not guaranteed.

8. Fees

If paid features are introduced, we will disclose pricing and billing terms before you are charged.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvaLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
