1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ConvaLink (“ConvaLink”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services (the “Service”).

2. Description of Service

ConvaLink is a communication platform that allows users to:

• Send messages, images, videos, audio, and files

• Make voice and video calls

• Share stories and profile updates

• Create and join group chats

• Share location manually (not continuous live tracking)

• Manage contacts and profiles

• Access premium features through in-app purchases

• Use ad-supported features where ads are displayed

“User Content” includes messages, files, images, audio, video, profile information, and any other content you submit through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.

To operate the Service, you grant ConvaLink a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely for providing, maintaining, and improving the Service (including delivering content to your chosen recipients).

You agree not to use ConvaLink to:

6. Safety, Moderation, and Reporting

We may review or investigate reported content or behavior to keep the Service safe and enforce these Terms. You can report abuse or violations by contacting us (see “Contact” below).

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability & Changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may change over time, and features may be added, modified, or removed.

9. Fees, In-App Purchases, and Ads

Ads: Some parts of the Service may display ads. By using ConvaLink, you understand and agree that ads may appear in the app experience.

In-App Purchases: ConvaLink may offer paid premium features. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their billing terms.

Billing and Renewals: If subscriptions are offered, they may auto-renew unless canceled through your app store account settings before renewal.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the platform where you made the purchase (Apple or Google), subject to their policies.

Price Changes: We may update pricing, packaging, or premium features over time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or store listing where applicable.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose risk to other users, or where required by law. Where possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvaLink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, in-app or on our website). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
